And while the group's annual fete will not go ahead due to COVID-19, it doesn't mean they've stopped fundraising.
On Saturday auxiliary vice president Deanna Scott will host an open garden with the goal of trying to raise as much money as possible.
"Whatever the hospital needs, extra to what the government provides, we try to supply for them," she said.
"Just yesterday I had a woman stop me on the street and hand me $50. She said 'I can't come out on Saturday, but here is my donation'."
The property, known as Homewood, features about one acre of picturesque cottage garden.
The open event, at 507 Sledge Track, West Scottsdale, will take place from 9am to 3pm, with a $5 cost of entry.
