In a campaign which also saw the reliable defender claim his first senior goal, Oh held off the challenge of Jarrod Linger, who finished runner-up for the third season in a row but was named players' player.
About 150 guests ranging from players, parents, life members, sponsors and special guests were in attendance for the outdoor event at the club's Prospect headquarters.
Joshua Perry was presented with the club's president's award for contributions including fund-raising, coaching juniors, managing the Championship 1 team and filling in for the Northern Championship.
The appreciation award went to junior club president Alex Aylott for his continued efforts in building the relationship between juniors and seniors including establishing a flourishing junior academy and SAP program.
Club person of the year was Wayne Wager who was described as "an inspirational figure" since taking on the Championship 1 coaching role.
Daniel Nash was named the committee's player of the year for his contribution as goalkeeper coach, willingness to travel as back-up keeper and some excellent service in the absence of Lachlan Clark.
The services to the club award went to Peter Savill for his four-decade-long support which included coaching the under-16s to an unbeaten season.
Peter Mies Rising Star Awards went to James Hawes, whose progress included a goal on his NPL Tasmania debut, and Darice Reilly for playing Northern Championship Women's at just 15 and also under-16s.
Club stalwart Jamie Richardson was honoured with life membership.
