The gallery will feature the work of Elizabeth Russell-Arnot, Dawn Oakford, and Anita Denholm until the end of November.
Director at the gallery Jennie Chapman said while the gallery was shut due to COVID-19 she had discussions with the artists so they had a period of time and a date to work to with for their art.
"The synergy between the pieces really brought me together in thinking these artists would work really well as a show," she said.
"I think most of the artists that we represent have found the COVID period a contemplative period of time but its also been unencumbered in terms of they can go into the studio, do their work and not have other interferences."
The gallery lends itself to an immersive experience as it comes with rural views and wide expanses of land.
"I would say it's an excursion into the art world," Ms Chapman said.
"We are an exhibiting gallery for contemporary artists. It includes everything from ceramics...right through to sculpture, paintings and anything that's to do with the visual arts."
IN OTHER NEWS:
Artist Dawn Oakford, a ceramicist and one of the artists with work on display, said that while all three artists work with different mediums and materials, it was interesting to see the similarities.
"I think it's a really interesting collection of different approaches to figures...different uses of colour and certainly different materials and textures," she said.
The artist enjoyed being able to explore working with sculptural pieces and something outside of her normal studio practice.
Elizabeth Russell-Arnot works as a sculptor and wildlife artist. Her drawings are part of her work on display at the gallery.
Anita Denholm, the third artist, created sandstone sculptures carved into local stone for the gallery exhibition.
The exhibition opened on November 7 and will run until November 30. It is free to enter and is open Wednesday-Friday from 10.30am until 4pm and Saturday 10am until 2pm.
The gallery is located at 733 Cressy Road at Longford and there is work on display from other artists.
