South Launceston and Riverside emerged victorious in their match-ups against Launceston and Mowbray respectively, leaving the five-time reigning champions as the sole undefeated side this season.
SOUTH LAUNCESTON v LAUNCESTON
A pair of well-constructed 30s from Meg Radford and Ava Curtis saw South Launceston post a menacing 5-157 from their 20 overs.
The pair put on an unbeaten 68 for the sixth wicket as Curtis blasted 33 from just 16 balls and Radford 37 from 29 - coming in at number four after Mary Broadhurst dismissed both openers.
Dual-sport star Radford supported Belinda Wegman's 23 from 15 balls before doing some big hitting of her own with Curtis, who hit the side's sole six.
Broadhurst's 2-19 was the pick of the bowlers as Jade Devlin and Georgie Nicholson also picked up wickets.
Things started poorly in chase for the Lions with Ianthe Boden dismissed in the second over by Alice McLauchlan.
MORE CRICKET
Victoria Geale and Lynn Hendley would go about trying to revive the innings, but were removed within an over of each other - Hendley by a screaming one-handed caught and bowled from McLauchlan.
From there, the chase struggled to get off the ground as consistent wickets battered the runs with Broadhurst's (14) late resistance proving futile with the Lions bowled out for 78.
McLauchlan (2-14) and Ellie Mathews (2-9) were South's top performers as every bowler grabbed a wicket.
MOWBRAY v RIVERSIDE
A clinical performance from Greater Northern Raider pair Emma Manix-Geeves and Sophie Parkin saw the Blues pick up a 10-wicket win in their first victory for the year.
Chasing the Eagles' total of 87 unassisted, the pair scored 41 and 36 respectively in Parkin's first game for Riverside since 2017-18.
Batting first, Mowbray were led by Cassie Blair (19) and Georgia Brain (17) with Blair smacking the opening bowlers to all corners of the ground.
The pair combined for a 24-run second-wicket partnership before Maddison Hill's spinners captured the breakthrough.
She'd get captain Rhianne Hack two balls later as Brain batted through the middle order and tail before being dismissed at 6-77.
Hill was the pick of the bowlers with her 3-5 off four while Alysha Jackson (2-7 off two) and Kate Sherriff (1-5 off two) claimed late wickets.
Opening pair Sara Wilkin and Elyse Page also managed scalps along the way.
