Little more than two weeks since lifting their first premiership cup in nine years, the Blues have welcomed former premiership player Josh Woolley and ex-Burnie star James Dowling to their ranks.
Following Tim Bristow and Joe Groenewegen as 2011 flag players to return to Launceston in recent seasons, Woolley has spent the past six years playing for Palm Beach in the QAFL, winning two premierships.
The gun defender said he was looking forward to returning as an older head after last playing for the Blues as a 21-year-old.
"The main attraction would be the young group Launceston have," Woolley said.
"It's so exciting to see where the club is heading and I'm keen to get back out there and be an influence for the kids coming through.
"After being away for seven years I've always kept an eye on the club over the years, I like the direction the club is heading so very excited to be a part of it."

Woolley had a year off in 2020 and will add experience to the Blues' largely youthful backline should he shake the groin complaints that hampered his 2019 campaign.
"Ideally getting fit and firing ready for round one is my main goal," he said.
"I'm 28 now so I'm probably a lot older than most of the boys down at the club, so really just stepping up and being a leader and being a good role model for the kids coming through."
Dowling has also battled to get on the park in recent seasons, with a finger tendon injury limiting him to just two reserves games with WAFL side South Fremantle in 2019.
A finger amputation has allowed the 24-year-old to return to the TSL, having last played in the round 21, 2017 North-West derby which marked both Burnie and Devonport's final State League appearance.
He will reunite with former Dockers teammates Jobi Harper and Jamieson House at Windsor Park.
"They [Launceston] can give me the platform to play in the best comp in the state and also from feedback there is a great club culture which I believe is really important," Dowling said.
"My goals for 2021 are to just come and play regular footy, earn the respect of my teammates and play consistent footy that will help the team."
