The Northern Midlands Councillor made the pledge last week that he would 'do a Dusty' and have his head shaven like the Tigers legend, and he delivered.
"You know what it's like ... I am pretty passionate about Richmond and I made the statement last week that if Richmond won the grand final I'd get a Dusty cut," Brooks said.
"There was mention that if we lost the grand final I'd have to get a Gary Ablett head shave, that didn't really worry me because I normally have it anyway."

Thankfully for Brooks, Richmond 12.9 (81) handled Geelong 7.8 (50) to win the 2020 AFL Grand Final last weekend.
"I am very happy with the result, the haircut's caused a bit of talk around town and council," Brooks said.
"I went down to Banjos this morning and everyone was having a good giggle about it."
Brooks' haircut even matches his newly built Dusty room at his Longford home.
