Principal Natalie Odgers said the vital upgrades would help ensure the school was prepared for future growth.
"Rebuilding a school that is actually fully operational with the amount of students we've got is extremely complex," she said.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"It's been an almost four year journey for the school - almost two years of planning and two years of construction.
"It has seen our school completely transformed into a 21st century learning facility, and there isn't many areas of our school that haven't had some work through this redevelopment.
"We have a wonderful new administration area, which opens out into an area which is really the hub of our school.
"All of our students now either have a new or refurbished classroom, we have a great common room, a new library, shared services for our support team and IT, and we have some wonderful new landscaping which has opened up the school.
"Students and staff are very excited, it's been a long journey."
The redevelopment was scheduled to be opened in early 2020, but Education Minister Jeremy Rockliff said it was a testament to the school community that it was completed this year despite COVID disruptions.
"All those involved in the logistics and the transformation, the builders, the architects, the school community have all worked so well together," he said.
"It has been a massive year of disruption, particularly for student learning, and the resilience that our student cohorts have demonstrated over 2020 has been nothing short of understanding.
"All us oldies can be very proud of our children and young people, the way that they have sensibly and maturely handled what has been the largest year of disruption in anyone's lifetime."
