Lapham and Cornes defeated the AIC's Di Hall and Legana's Craig Boyce 6-4 in the final after 15 teams from the North-West, Meander Valley, Tamar Valley and greater Launceston contested a round robin in blustery conditions on Legana's three courts.
The pairing's only blemish in the round robin had been a tiebreak loss to Hall and Boyce but they made the most of their next opportunity after scraping into the semi-finals as the fourth-ranked team.
Legana also held its club singles championships earlier this month with Di Aurik and Kiran Naidoo taking out the women's and men's titles from Judy McIntosh and Stuart Lake respectively.
Aurik's win marked her 10th club singles title, while Naidoo's victory brought an end to five-straight titles for Ronan Naidoo.
