Winning four premierships from four grand finals in under-18s, development league, women's and seniors - all sides stood together and sang the club song at Windsor Park on Sunday.
For under-18s coach Peter Czerkiewicz, whose boys completed the final piece of the premiership puzzle, the support was overwhelming.
"We had a fair amount of the supporters come down the road and watch with us yesterday and we had all the senior boys watching here," he said.
"To have that sort of support especially for these boys coming through and learning from the those older fellas - it's really, really good."
TSL FINALS FEVER
Development league coach Kane Sanders, who propelled the side from wooden-spooners to premiers, understood the importance of getting the weekend off to a good start.
"We needed to start the day well, to start the weekend well and to get it off with a win gave the other teams some confidence going into their grand finals, knowing that they could get over the line like we did." he said.
"In tough hard conditions, just to keep pushing through and get that first win was fantastic for the club."
Both Sanders and women's coach Ange Dickson spoke highly of the club's togetherness, which has been a driver in pushing their culture forward.
Before the season the women's side had a meeting built around the club's culture and how they wanted to be perceived, something Dickson often feels is underrated in terms of importance.
"It's easy to think that this is something that kind of happens overnight but for not just us as a women's team but I know the men's team have put in a lot of work over the last three to four years to make sure we've got the depth and the culture and the right people around the group," she said.
"We have an awesome group around the club and I think that we will be successful for the next three to four years to come.
The leader of the Blues pack, senior coach Mitch Thorp, believes that a weekend like the last will be a once-in-a-lifetime event and described it as a reward for a brutal off-field year.
"Four teams making the grand final let alone four winning is a super effort by the club, all the stakeholders involved, the families and the sponsors, the players, the coaches - it's just been a terrific weekend to be a Launceston Football Club player or supporter," he said.
"There were times throughout the year where it was a little bit unmotivating when we were just training in our pairs - the boys started in November.
"But the season itself, the actual TSL home-and-away season was a great football year and then I actually think the weather - oddly enough - the changing of daylight savings and training still in light and all of that stuff was just really uplifting towards the back half of the year."
Preparation for a 2021 tilt has already begun with exit and recruitment interviews later this week.
