"Personally, I'm super excited. The nerves haven't kicked in yet but I'm sure after Friday afternoon they'll start to kick-in," she said.

"I think the team's super excited, I don't think there's been a day this week that we haven't spoken in our group chat ... the girls are super excited and I don't think their nerves have kicked in just yet either."

While last year's TSLW grand final upset at the hands of Clarence hasn't lingered in Taylor's mind, she said she was amazed by the team's accomplishments this season.

"I don't think it's really about redemption - I think we didn't expect to make it this far this season at the beginning of the year," she said.

"We were scraping the barrel trying to put together a team and now we have one of the best squads in the TSL to pick from ... we're certainly happy to be here."

However, Taylor did admit she was eager to have another shot at beating Glenorchy - a team the Blues couldn't overcome during the regular season.

"We're just excited to play them ... we've polished our structures and lines and it'll be good to play them," Taylor said.

While she was confident in Launceston's ability to overcome Glenorchy, Taylor said it would not be an easy task.

"The whole team concerns me ... they've got a lot of really good players," Taylor said.

"Obviously Sarah Skinner has had an outstanding season this year so she'll be one to shut down I think."

On the Blues' side, Taylor looked to the team's AFLW notables, as well as half-forward Meg Sinclair, to lead the team to a victory.

"She's [Sinclair] been hitting some really good form this year so I reckon she'll be one to watch out for on the weekend," Taylor said.

Neither of the Launceston and Glenorchy games were high scoring, Taylor said this would need to change to a win.

"We've both got really strong midfield but obviously if we can execute more on the scoreboard - I think that's been our main issue against Glenorchy," she said.

Four Launceston Football Club teams will play in a TSL grand final this weekend.

Taylor said she hoped the home ground advantage, combined with a local crowd, would boost the teams.

"It's super exciting for Launceston and it's a great achievement in itself to be able to make grand finals for all four teams," she said.

When asked how winning the grand final would feel, Taylor responded "It'd be unreal ... I get goosebumps just thinking about it ... I'm excited to get out there really."
