Festival director James Harding said BeerFest is a signature event for the city of Launceston.
"It's about how we can put fireworks on for the city and create an event where people can kiss the challenging year goodbye," he said.
"Seeing the support online that we are getting from people has been really great."
The three events will be held across Royal Park, alongside Boags Brewery on William Street, and at Riverbend Park.
In other news:
Royal Park will be for over 18-year-olds and showcase Tasmanian produce, have river views and front row seats to the fireworks display. The limited edition BeerFest on William Street will also feature Tasmanian products and will only be for over 18's.
Riverbend Park will be home to the third event which will be family friendly, including kids activities and entertainment. It will also include a wet area, sectioned off, so parents can enjoy a drink or two. The event will end at 10pm after the twilight fireworks.
At recent events held by the festival there have been hand sanitising stations, ticket tracing, chair and table spacing, open spaces, and COVID marshals to keep patrons safe.
