The Grain Grocer shut down its brick-and-mortar shopfront in the Quadrant Plaza in June and went digital before landing at the new store.
Owner Michelle Gibson said she hoped to open on Thursday.
"We closed down at the end of June, mainly because we were thinking about moving and then COVID happened, so that kind of gave us the kick," she said.
"We have a lot of unusual ingredients and things that people struggle to find in supermarkets.
"We've probably got the biggest range of gluten free products. We do the biggest range of bulk products as well, so we do seeds, nuts, dried fruits, grains."

Joining the health food store at number 67 is Ujjayi Yoga. It was founded as an at-home studio in 2018 by owner Sarah Van Est in response to a lack of Northern Tasmanian services offering body-based therapies for people healing from trauma.
Ms Van Est opened her new studio on Monday.
"It's a gentle yoga, it's really guided by the person's body and all the classes are trauma involved and trauma sensitive. So we apply all of those principles," she said.
"Everyone is welcome here, but not just everyone, but everything that they bring. Whatever that might be, for some people it is the grief, hardship and trauma but everyone's got stuff going on.
"So yes it's the same [as other yoga studios] but then yes, most people come to one of my classes, and they're always like 'wow that is so different'."
It offers trauma-sensitive Hatha yoga group classes, individual yoga therapy sessions, Lunar yoga and has a Swedish sauna.
