Saints skipper Austin Maynard took out his side's best on ground as Dylan Clayton and Lachlan Mason's five majors shone through while Tait Highet was clearly Deloraine's best.
It took the premiers six minutes to register the first major through big key forward Malcom Jones.
Roo Matthew Allen answered instantly against the wind but the minor premiers found their groove and finished the quarter 15 points ahead of the gritty home side.
And it didn't stop after quarter time as Che Haines added his second and Mason added two more to gradually start the blowout.
NTFA FINALS FEVER
A 50-metre penalty helped the Roos peg it back slightly as hostilities grew with James Tyson and Darcy Layh sent off in a scuffle.
The Saints came out of the half-time break five goals in the clear and put the first on the board to extend the margin.
Highet and Allen tightened it up for Deloraine but Mason kicked his fourth - leaving the lead at 34 points at three-quarter time.
A unique goal-line scramble saw Angus Robertson add the first and add the metaphorical icing to George Town's cake before Mason added another to his growing tally.
Jonty Sheppard put his name on the list in the last 10 minutes as did Deloraine's Tyson from a long distance as Saints vice-captain Alec Daniels and Brandon Leary completed the victory.
