The pair moved into the finals with wins in their last match-ups on Sunday, completing a highly-successful Southern double-header.
The undefeated, table-topping Hawks will face Cripps Waratah who they defeated 76-34 on Saturday while the reigning premiers will battle Kingston next week.
Both will be sudden-death play-offs for the grand final with no second chances.
NORTHERN HAWKS V KARANA
Northern Hawks showed why they are premiership favourites in an 81-25 win over Karana.
Creating a very handy buffer early thanks to some handy deflections from goal keeper Gemma Poke, the Hawks converted into attack with ease to finish the first quarter with a 24-4 lead.
They continued to transition strongly into attack as Lydia Coote performed well at centre, stealing intercepts to get the ball in the hands of prominent scorer Ashlea Mawer.

Karana were able to hit the scoreboard more throughout the second but still trailed 42-12 at half-time.
The Hawks mixed things up throughout the second half with under-19 stars Lauren Spencer and Kendall Jones working their way onto the court and showing the future looks as good as the present as they continued to blow out the margin.
The win was an 18-goal improvement on their round seven clash where Karana found the net 42 times.
CAVALIERS V CRIPPS WARATAH
The Cavaliers overcame a tough start to come away 54-44 winners over Cripps Waratah.
Defeating them by just three points in round seven, the contest was always going to be tight, which was proven in the first term as the Northern side led by just three points at quarter time.
The margin stayed the same at the end of the first half, with scores sitting at 23-20 as the Cavaliers looked to minimise their errors and take the game away from the fourth-placed side in the second half.
They would prove to do just that, extending their lead to 44-31 as they showed patience and valued their time with the ball to add 21 goals to the scoreboard.
The reigning premiers continued to extend their lead but their opponents managed to capitalise on some errors and peg the game back to the 10-goal margin.
The victory meant the Cavaliers lost only two games during the season, both to the Northern Hawks.
