The Electoral Act Review Final Report was presented to Attorney-General Elise Archer in November last year. The report probed whether state-based political donation disclosure laws should be introduced.
In Question Time in the House of Assembly on Tuesday morning, Greens leader Cassy O'Connor asked Mr Gutwein when the review would be made public.
In other news:
"Do you support strengthening Tasmania's political donation laws in any way shape or form before the next election?" Ms O'Connor said.
The Premier said his focus had been on ensuring Tasmanians were kept as safe as possible amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
"In terms of the report, I haven't turned my mind to it," he said.
"I'm sure it hasn't escaped the leader of the Greens ... that we have had a pretty difficult six months.
"Tasmanians are now coming out of [the crisis] and starting to look cautiously optimistic.
"My focus hasn't been on a pathway to public funding for elections."
