Launceston's two NPL Tasmania teams progressed through tricky quarter-finals in the Lakoseljac and under-20 cups respectively on Saturday before learning who else will be in the hat following Sunday's ties.
Football Tasmania has confirmed that the draw will be at 11am on Wednesday.
The Lakoseljac Cup went to form with South Hobart and Olympia recording expected victories to join City and Glenorchy in the last four.
City had seen off Hobart United 2-0 on Saturday while the Knights were recording a 3-0 win over Taroona.
However, Sunday's ties were far from straight-forward with Kingborough pushing South Hobart all the way.
The Lions even took a 10th-minute lead when Joel Sammut's shot rebounded off the post and in off keeper Nathan Reid, before Toby Herweynen and Bradley Lakoseljac put the hosts in front.
Davis Bryan pulled Kingborough level on the hour but the match did not end well for the visitors, in particular Sammut.
The luckless Lion was responsible for diverting in South's 75th-minute winner and then collected a red card in the final minute for pulling down Sam Tooze.
Olympia had a slightly easier time, a goal in each half enough to defeat University at Warrior Park.
Callum Brown set up both with Jake Vandermey and Nick Mearns confirming the 2-0 win.
In the under-20s cup, Riverside's come-from-behind 2-1 win over Devonport sees them go into the draw along with Somerset (who beat South East United 3-2 after extra time), Glenorchy Knights (who saw off Kingborough 2-0) and Olympia, who defeated South Hobart 2-0 on Sunday.
The women's statewide cup will be won by a Southern side after Olympia romped to a 7-0 win at Beachside on Sunday.
The home side's hopes were not helped when Josie Gargioni was dismissed for a deliberate handball after just 17 minutes.
The subsequent penalty was saved but Leah Gubb gave Warriors a half-time lead before the floodgates opened after the break. Bonnie Davies (two), Olivia Bomford, Inocent Michael, Charlotte Chambers and another from Gubb completed the rout.
On Saturday, Kingborough and Clarence Zebras ended the hopes of Northern Rangers and Riverside respectively as South Hobart also progressed at the expense of University.
