David Cuff, formerly of Launceston, owns Big Chop which sells large chopping boards made from Tasmanian timber.
He said he got the idea make and sell large chopping boards after seeing similar ones used by Oliver on TV and wanting his own.
The first versions of the boards were used by Oliver himself during the Good Foods Show in Melbourne in 2001.
In other news:
Mr Cuff said he was recently approached by Oliver for more boards, and decided to release unique Naked Chef anniversary boards.
Only 200 of the boards were made using wood from Britton Timbers at Smithton.
"Jamie said he wanted proceeds from the boards to go to the Good Foundation, so $15 from every board goes to them," Mr Cuff said.
"They're [the boards] are made from golden wattle which is the first time we've used this timber and they're beautiful."
