Impressed with his side's calmness under pressure last week, Kangaroos coach Lochy Dornauf is looking for the same against the Tigers.
"We made this competition because we want to play the best and hopefully beat the best," he said.
"Judging by the way they played at the end of the year, they for mine were the best team of the year."
The ladder-leaders lose Cade Triffitt, Tyson Gardham and Rory Gurr while Andrew Cox-Goodyer's side could see up to six changes from the side that beat Meander Valley as he looks forward to the match-up.

"They've picked up a fair few and they are playing full strength this year, so we will just go out there, play our game and try to learn a bit going forward," Cox-Goodyer said.
"It will be a good experience for our young blokes that haven't played much footy."
BRIDGENORTH leader Gary Shipton will miss his side's Old Launcestonians match-up but is looking to produce a four-quarter performance against the division one side.
"We had a really good first quarter [last week] and finished off the game in the last quarter quite well, just a bit of a down patch in the middle two," he said.
"We are confident for a good game - OLs have some very classy players in there."
The Blues come back following the bye with injury concerns to Alex Downie, Jordan Tepper and Sam Rawlings, but coach Laine Cleaver is ready for the challenge.
"I think we are going to be evenly matched with Bridgenorth, the way they've been tracking and the way we've been tracking, it should be a good contest," Cleaver said.
"It's just disappointing we will have a few boys missing, so we won't be at full strength."
BRACKNELL's Andrew Philpott sang from the same hymn book as Shipton ahead of the Redlegs' Old Scotch fixture as his side's inaccuracies cost them last week.
"Bad kicking is bad footy - 10.16 and we hit the post four times," he said.
"Scotch have already taken Scottsdale, so they will be keen to have a crack at us. It should be a good game, I'm confident we can win but it's just another hard game."
Brayley Coombes' Thistles unit come charging in off a huge win against UTAS, scoring 140 points in testing conditions while co-captain Alec Fotheringham celebrates his 150th match.
"I think it's the fourth premier league club we've played now, so we are looking to keep developing in what's going to be a pretty big week for us," he said.

"It's a pretty big milestone considering both his grandfather and father have played 150 games and it qualifies him for life membership.
"If they can't get themselves up for a game like this, we are kidding ourselves really."
MEANDER VALLEY will field an unchanged side as they head into this week's clash against Scottsdale.
Coach Damien Rhind described last week's effort as the best for the season as he looks to take on his old side.
"Some of the guys have never been up there but it's a nice big, wide ground and it should suit our style of play," he said.
"But again, they are a premier division team and it's another opportunity to put ourselves up against that and test our game plan against some better opposition."
Scottsdale skipper Joe Robinson is eager for the contest, with his side coming off their first win in Bracknell in around a decade.
"It's a bit of an unknown with Meander, I think they've been struggling a little bit but Damien Rhind is an ex-coach of Scottsdale so they will be up and about against us," he said.
Magpies star Brady Gee may miss the contest, coming up sore with a knee issue.
