Deanece Ann Morrelle, 59, of Ironcliffe Rd was due to appear in the Launceston Magistrates Court for failing to comply with lawful requirements of an emergency management worker under the Emergency Management Act 2006.
Ms Morell was charged after she allegedly failed to remain in her room at the Best Western accommodation in Launceston on July 30.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Court files state that Ms Morrell contravened the said direction in that she told police she would refuse to remain in her room and would return home.
Magistrate Sharon Cure issued the warrant sought by Tasmania Police prosecutor Jarrod Lightfoot.
