Osteostrong is an international chain of centres focusing on muscular-skeletal health.
Each location is outfitted with machines that help improve bone density as well as trained coaches and other therapy services.
Co-director Leigh-ann Cowie said the centres were designed for everybody and every body, and could assist with bone-related issues or help prevent them.
"People come to us with their balance or osteoporosis problems ... there's been a lot of interest from dancers looking for their core to be strengthened," she said.
In other news:
Co-director Claas Visser said unlike going to a gym, Osteostrong visitors could attend sessions in day-to-day clothes.
"You walk in and half an hour [later] it's all done, you don't have to shower or get in a different set of clothes - it's very easy and laid back," he said.
"It's fine to be going to the gym and be muscular and fit, but if your bone structure isn't right you're defeating yourself."
