A man has been charged after sneaking out of hotel quarantine through a window - twice.

The 36-year-old had arrived from Queensland on Monday, and was in mandatory quarantine.
Hotel security called police on Tuesday after the man left his room late at night and again in the morning.
CCTV showed him leaving through a window and going to purchase food from nearby.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"There is no evidence that any members of the community were put at risk during the breach," police said in a statement.
The man was arrested and charged with two counts of failing to comply with a lawful requirement or direction of an emergency management worker.
He was expected to appear in court on Tuesday afternoon.
