Baptist held a 2-1 lead at half time thanks to Keenan Johnston before Ryan Elmer and league leader Khan Riley joined the party in the second.
Finn Bailey impressed Gubesch through the middle for the Penguins as Justin Ockerby and Heath Edwards scored.
