The Archerville track at Turners Marsh was covered in snow up until Friday morning before the temperature finally rose into double figures and allowed the melt to start.
However, there were still a few spots around the venue come race day on Sunday.
On track the action soon heated up with the feature being the three KA3 divisions of junior, senior light and senior medium.
The Clubman Cup was first run in 1997 and has seen the best drivers in Tasmania compete with each other ever since.
This year was no difference with a field of 15 drivers in the light class and 13 in the medium.
Toby Callow claimed the KA3 junior win from William Blair and Jorja Edwards, while Ethan Wyllie took the honours in senior light ahead of Calvin Broad and Fletchers Bellars.
Mitchel Evans won the senior medium category from Nathan Zuj and Alastair Lee.
The Phil Goss Memorial, which is open to all drivers aged above 40, was won by Shane Stonehouse on votes from Scott Hildyard and Malcolm Watson.
The final race of the day was a combined KA3 senior 21-lap feature at the championship weight of 159kg.
With $250 going to the winner, courtesy of Zane Wyatt from CJ Marine, 27 of the 28 senior drivers entered with grid spots randomly drawn.
Wyllie took home the money with Lee and Lochie Dalton completing the podium.
Completing an excellent day's entertainment, a number of lap records were also set with Elliot Bellars lowering the mark in KA4 junior light and Troy Sheahen following suit in tag restricted medium.
Meanwhile two of the club's oldest records were broken with the previous marks being set back at the 2008 nationals in what was then clubman light and heavy.
Wyllie set the KA3 senior light record at 35.392 and Lee in senior medium at 35.937, all winning a $50 voucher from The Jailhouse Grill.
