The A grade roster's leading players went toe-to-toe after Launceston's snowed-in Wednesday but when the flurries subsided, Titans and Ramjets were locked at three matches apiece.
The doubles encounter between Trevallyn's Jeff Speer and David Beattie and Riverside's Oliver Hadley and Tim Stirling went to a tiebreak but the crucial one-game margin was banked by the Titans.
