As well as gaining life membership, Burt will join the club's three five-flag players - coach Taylor Whitford, captain Brad Cox-Goodyer and defender Jack Avent - as current 150-gamers.
"It's awesome," the 26-year-old said.
"Me and Jack came to the club in the same year, at the same time and played in the under-18 grand final and the colts grand final a couple of years later and basically kicked off our career at North together which is special for me and Jack.
"Brad and Taylor, they're a couple of years older than us and they've won five flags now which is very good and it'll be special to run out with them on Saturday."
A talented George Town junior, Burt was scouted by Northern Bombers list manager Ozzie Young in 2010.
The bricklayer was hesitant to leave the Saints at first but didn't take long to find his feet at UTAS Stadium and amassed four premierships across 147 games until 2018.
A sidestep back to George Town saw him kick 28 goals in 16 games in the NTFA before returning to fulfil a lifelong dream at the end of last season.
"When I first started playing that's one thing I wanted to achieve - to be a 150-game player at one club," Burt said.
"At North Launceston that means you get life membership and that's something I've always aspired to get, so to run out on Saturday and finally get that - it'll be a massive privilege and it's an honour to do it for the football club.
"One of the bigger things that made it hard to go back to George Town for a year was that what I'd always wanted to do was get 150 games and life membership at North.
MORE FOOTBALL: No more easy TSL games: Whitford
"But it was good to have a year off from State League and freshen up and be a bit more relaxed and then come back into it.
"I'd like to thank the North Launceston Football Club for the opportunity to play 150 games - it doesn't come around often, it's a massive privilege and I'm honoured to do it."
Saturday's opponent is the in-form Clarence, who demolished Glenorchy at Richmond last round.
The Northern Bombers have had the best of the rivalry in recent years, but Burt is taking nothing for granted.
"It's normally a pretty heated game with Clarence - we've always had a pretty strong rivalry going right back to the '90s and the 2000s so it'll be a very good hit-out," Burt said.
"They've got a lot of experienced heads there still in [Jeromey] Webberley and [Brady] Jones.
"And they've got Josh Green there now which is a very handy pick-up - they've got a mixture of youth and experience so it'll be a good game."
Saturday's game starts at 2pm.
