Launceston captain Jobi Harper has shot straight into early season favouritism for this year's TSL player-of-the-year award after a blistering start through the midfield.
For the second week in a row, Harper has been judged best afield that has ensured the Blues sit on top of the ladder as the only unbeaten team after three rounds.
Harper collected a massive 24 kicks and 12 handballs in a masterful performance over Tigers to set up an 82-point win at Kingborough.
The 26-year-old's numbers look more impressive when factoring in his 23 contested disposals, 11 clearances and eight inside 50 entries.
Mitch Thorp's return after sitting out the victory against North Launceston the week before earned the coach two votes after kicking 4.4 up forward in a 15-disposal game.
Ruckman Tim Auckland was again in the top-three stars on Saturday after controlling the centre contests for the Blues with 44 hitouts.
