A 38-year-old woman whose car crashed through a fence on Hobart Road before allegedly leaving the scene pleaded guilty in the Launceston Magistrates Court to several charges.

Amanda Joan Riley of Opossum Rd pleaded guilty to reckless driving and driving while disqualified about 3.15 am on June 13, 2020.
She was also charged with one count of a driver involved in a crash failing to stop immediately and stay at the scene and give assistance which may be necessary and practicable in the circumstances and which was in her power to give.
Police allege Ms Riley accelerated rapidly and drove at more than 80kmh an hour in a 50kmh zone through the Riseley Street intersection, drove on the incorrect side of the road on a blind corner and failed to maintain proper control of her vehicle.

Ms Riley was remanded in custody after the crash and a June 23 court appearance.
She appeared again on Thursday via video link from Mary Hutchinson Women's Prison.
Defence counsel Isobelle Patch entered pleas of guilty, but said there was a dispute over a number of the facts alleged by Tasmania Police.
She also pleaded guilty to several family violence offences and pleaded not guilty to several breach of bail offences.
Magistrate Ken Stanton remanded her in custody for facts and sentence and disputed facts hearing on August 17, 2020 at 9.45am.
