Scottsdale - Cabel Hall
Expectations: "We don't really have huge expectations, we will probably assess them half way through the year, but we are just about personal improvement and having fun and continuing to build on our culture," he said.
Player to watch: "I'm thrilled to have Alex Hall back playing, she's been a standout at training.
"Other new recruits have been showing a lot on the track as well: Kate Minchin, Grace Cornish and first-year player Ellen Simons."
Old Launcestonians - Mathew Murfett
Expectations: "For us, it's a real chance to grow and get a bit of experience in," he said.
"We are still pretty raw in terms of actual football experience, so it's a great opportunity to get used to playing football in a competitive situation."
Player to watch: "We've got a few who I think might be a bit of a surprise.
"Kelsie Bartlett and Meg Cornish, who have come across from North Launceston juniors, I think they will be a surprise for some other teams.
"Macenzi Lloyd is another one that is really going to step up this year and play a big role for us."
