City, Olympia, South Hobart and Glenorchy will all start the September 5 quarter-finals as hot favourites with the semis and final to follow after the NPL Tasmania season.
City coach Roger Hardwicke admitted he knew little about the Brighton-based Southern Championship outfit but warned against taking them lightly after the euphoria of seeing off the state champions.
"It's a sudden death cup match and a home game for them so we've just got to make sure we are mentally right to do what we need to come away with the win," he said. "The big thing for us is not to be complacent."
Hardwicke apologised for the "one game at a time" mantra but admitted his focus is on Saturday's NPL opener against South Hobart and all future league matches until the cup returns.
Riverside and Northern Rangers were both drawn away in the Women's Statewide Cup with all eight senior quarter-finals being played in the South.
The only Launceston home fixture to emerge from the draw will be Riverside hosting Devonport in the under-20 competition.
