One rider is in a serious condition after colliding with a a four wheel drive on a four wheel drive trail on the Sandy Cape Track near Temma.
The rider reportedly collided with the car after cresting a hill.
The crash was reported to emergency services, who are now on scene, just before 3 pm.
In a separate incident a 42-year-old man has sustained non life threatening injuries in a separate ATV crash on Dip Road at Mawbanna.
That crash was reported to police just after 3 pm.
