The 20-year-old, who lives in the greater Hobart region, recently returned to Tasmania from Victoria, police say.
Police allege she provided false details to Biosecurity upon her arrival to the state and failed to self-isolate during the past several days.
The woman has been charged with three counts of failing to comply with the lawful requirement or direction of an emergency management worker.

She has also been charged with knowingly providing false or misleading information.
After being interviewed by police the woman was bailed, but will be subject to ongoing checks by police.
Tasmania Police Inspector Troy Morrisby said investigation as this time indicated the woman had not displayed any symptoms of COVID-19 and there was no information to suggest she had been exposed to any confirmed cases prior to her return to Tasmania.
However, he did warn returning travellers that police would continue to undertake regular checks to ensure they comply with the restrictions that are in place.
"Residents and businesses have done an outstanding job over the past several months that has resulted in many restrictions being eased," Inspector Morse said.
"However, returning travellers failing to comply with the current restrictions are a significant threat to the wider community and present the most likely avenue of COVID-19 returning.
"To date, Tasmania Police has adopted a common-sense approach to enforcement and has worked with the public to minimise the risk of further outbreaks.
"Our officers will continue to monitor people who are required to self-isolate at home and we make no apologies for proceeding against anyone who does not believe the restrictions apply to them and place other at risk through their actions."
