Ex-Tamar Cats juniors Ryan Tyrrell, Jake Hinds and Alec Wright have only played three games together in Blues colours since 2017 but look set to join forces on a weekly basis in 2020.
At 20 years of age, Wright is a year younger than his fellow Cats alumni but played one junior season with Tyrrell and Hinds as an under-ager before all three ended up at Windsor Park.
To this day the trio remain good friends.
"I'm probably pretty good mates with Tyrrell and Hindsy as I grew up with them and they're both from down the river as well," Wright said.
"But there's no real cliques at the club - everyone's mates with everyone which is good."

Tyrrell has stepped into the role of vice-captain this season after arriving as a 16-year-old in 2015, while developing forward Wright is expected to build on a breakout season last year.
Hinds spent last season in the NEAFL but returned for a one-off game in round 10 as younger brother Jayden made his senior debut.
A classy utility, the former Tassie Mariner will offer the Blues experience beyond his 21 years.
"It's great having him back," Wright said.
"He adds another dimension to our team with his experience and I reckon he'll go well this year."
Launceston will travel to Glenorchy for round one on July 11.
