Libraries closed in March during the peak of the coronavirus pandemic, but last week 21 libraries began a modified click and collect lending service.
Executive director Liz Jack said following the success of the modified service, libraries would be introducing more services, including all libraries reopening click and collect services by June 18.

She said from the end of this week libraries would start providing access to computers and the internet to those who needed it most.
"If you don't have computer access at home, or find it hard to get online, you can contact your local library and book a time slot of up to 60 minutes," she said.
"While physical distancing requirements and gathering restrictions will limit the initial number of libraries able to offer the service, we will be increasing access as soon as we can."
The home library service will also be on offer again for the community at selected libraries this week.
"Our home library clients will now be able to join members already using click and collect across the state to borrow from our collections," Ms Jack said.
Hobart's history room will also be reopening for physical access to archives, heritage and research collections by appointment.
