The company, which expanded by buying Burnie-based Betta Milk last year, also has a new chairman, experienced director Craig Treasure.
Dairy, poultry and wasabi company TasFoods told the ASX Ben Swain, a partner at law firm Murdoch Clarke, and Mr Treasure had been appointed to the board.
Both would stand for election at the Launceston-based company's annual meeting on July 23.
TasFoods told the ASX Mr Swain was nominated by substantial shareholder Ms Cameron.
It said he was a director of various proprietary limited companies and trusts, including the Elsie Cameron foundation, which had investments in companies including TasFoods Limited.
Ms Cameron - best known as co-founder of the Kathmandu clothing and outdoor equipment chain and the owner of the failed Chickenfeed discount store chain - is trustee of the Elsie Cameron Foundation.
She recently increased her stake in TasFoods to 17.64 per cent.
TasFoods said Mr Treasure had had many roles in the private and public sectors as a business owner and director.
His most recent executive role was as chief executive and managing director of residential property developer Villa World Limited.
He was nominated for the TasFoods board by substantial shareholder CVC Limited, but would be an independent director.
He replaced Shane Noble as TasFoods chair.
Mr Noble would continue as a director.
