Six hours into his 24 hour dance challenge for charity Andrew Palmer was still going strong supported by members of Allstar Cheer and Dance Tasmania.

The members of ACD Tasmania were impressed Andrew was still able to keep dancing after coming off their stint on stage.

Meira Stanley, Chloe Pain and Daniel Storey were on for about 20 minutes at 3:40 pm.
Daniel said after those 20 minutes he was already 'sweating.'
"I don't know how he is going to do it for 24 hours, I can feel my abs," he said.
"I feel like everybody needs a bit of love right now, so to feel like there is somebody so vocal in the community backing two great charities is awesome."
ACD Tasmania donated $1,800 to the cause by auctioning off experiences to their 'ACD family.'
"We have all been affected by this because we can't do our classes anymore so we really want to do whatever we can to help the community," Ms Stanley said.
Just a little while later a group from the Hawthorn Football Club were on stage supporting Mr Palmer.
State manager David Cox was joined by Joel King as 'Hawkette' and Matt Harris as 'Hawker' for a stint on the dance floor.
"Going into Winter is a time of hardship for many people, particularly in terms of housing, affordability of heating, it has been a difficult with the pandemic in terms of mental health so we are really happy to support The Examiner's winter appeal and of course Stay Chatting mental health program," he said.
As of 4 pm Friday the event had raised $18,000 more than three times the initial goal of $5000.
