Director of Public Health Mark Veitch said on Tuesday no new cases of coronavirus had been confirmed in Tasmania, with the state's total remaining at 226 cases.

The last new case of COVID-19 - a man aged in his 70s from the state's North - was detected on May 15.
Since then there has not been a single new case, and the number of active cases continues to fall.
Any Tasmanian with cold or flu-like symptoms such as a cough, sore throat, or fever should contact their GP.
