Rejoining the club after a stint in the late 2000s, next season will be Hawkins' third in the top job while coach of the history-making women's side Wegman has been with the team since their maiden season in 2014-15.
President Jeremy Jackson described the decision to re-sign the pair as an easy one.
"They've both proven to be absolute assets to the club in their time in those roles so far, so we couldn't be happier to have them recommit to those positions and lead the cricket department moving forward," Jackson said.

"Finding people with the time, motivation and the passion to do a role like that in a cricket club at our level, there's not too many of those people about.
"They both bring a lot of passion, a huge enthusiasm, a lot of energy and they are both incredibly positive people, which is great to have around our group and they obviously have a lot of cricketing and coaching experience too."
The Knights enjoyed a high-quality season in top-level competition during this season, reaching their fourth consecutive A-grade final while Wegman's women's side took home their fifth consecutive Cricket North female title.
The club also boosted their participation numbers in the lower grades, maintaining two third-grade sides just two seasons after being unable to field a team in the previous fourth-grade competition.
Going into next season, Jackson praised Wegman's work with the women's side as they aim to break more records.
"Five in a row is already something those girls will look back on at the end of their playing time and go 'that's pretty special.'"
"Some of the girls find themselves as 10-time premiership players before they're at the age of 20 when you take into account the Greater Northern Cup and Cricket North premierships over the last five years but above all else, we are just keen to keep that group together and enjoying their cricket."
