More than 250 exhibitors out of more than 700 have applied to take part in the three week event, which opens May 7.
The online platform allows exhibitors to advertise their products and special deals that would have taken place at the field event, and directs potential customers to sales websites or direct sale contacts
Agfest promotions director Dylan Bellchambers said organisers had received national interest in their idea, fielding calls from other events wanting to know how the online platform worked.
"We encourage everyone to get up there, sell your brand, and promote your business," he said.
"We didn't know how many exhibitors would get involved, we would have been happy with 50, we just wanted to do as much as we could for our exhibitors.
"The numbers we have got at the moment are quite exceptional and also include contractors, suppliers, anyone who had dealings with Agfest Field Days are able to access this portal. They are obviously all hurting at this time."
All exhibitors to the Agfest Field event were offered an 85 per cent refund to their application fees, while sponsors were offered 80 per cent refunds.
The cost of Agfest sites vary widely, from $100 for craft stalls to $4000 for some of the big ticket item exhibitors.
Some exhibitors expressed dismay at the refund protocol, with food stalls touted at a major disadvantage, unable to properly participate in the Cloud event.
"Food exhibitors can still absolutely take hold of the Cloud platform and sell their brand," Mr Bellchambers said.
