Geoff Mohr and Daniel Roozendaal have accepted senior staff roles for 2020 as the Northern Bombers shoot for a record-breaking fourth-straight TSL flag.
The Bombers announced Roozendaal's signature as a development coach last year and have also acquired Mohr's services as a wellbeing officer.
North Launceston coach Taylor Whitford said Mohr had already made a huge impact helping players adjust to a season hampered by the coronavirus.
"He's been great in keeping us informed in what we can do as coaching staff and leaders to put out to our playing group and just being another connection for our guys to check in with as well which has been really good," Whitford said.

Mohr and Roozendaal played in the 2014 premiership together after arriving at the Northern Bombers for the 2011 and 2012 seasons respectively.
Mohr finished his North Launceston career with two flags and nearly 100 games in 2015, taking up an offer to coach Scottsdale, while Roozendaal chalked up life membership and another grand final with the Bombers in 2016.
The pair then teamed up for semi and preliminary final efforts at the Magpies in 2017 and 2018, with Roozendaal easing into a low-key retirement last season.

"They weren't too hard to persuade in coming back, they love our footy club and we were really happy to have them on board," Whitford said.
"They give really good advice, they've been there and done it all before.
"That's probably the main thing, giving advice to those younger players and even the coaching staff and myself as well, just guiding us.
"Geoff's obviously coached before and Dan's done it all on the footy landscape, so just getting some advice and guiding us on what best practice to use has been really nice."
