The man died this morning, bringing Tasmania's COVID-19 deaths to a total of seven.

"Public Health Services extends its condolences to the man's family and loved ones," Director of Public Health Dr Mark Veitch said.
Premier Peter Gutwein said he was "deeply saddened" by the news.
"On behalf of the government, I extend my deepest condolences to the man's family, friends and loved ones," Mr Gutwein said.
