Production manager Josh Lawrence said it was nice to still be receiving customers under the current coronavirus climate.
"A couple of weeks ago it was pretty grim, if it kept continuing as it was it would've been troubling," he said.
"The last week or two has surprisingly picked up which is nice, definitely handy now that it's getting closer to Easter."
In other news:
This time of year, each Banjo's usually produces between 10,000 and 12,000 hot cross buns, Mr Lawrence said.
"With the world how it is at the moment probably not that much this year, a bit over half which is still good considering a lot of places can't do anything at the moment," he said.
"It's pretty good to know there's still a few about coming in to grab their buns."
Those still looking to grab some baked good this Easter can order on the Banjo's Bakery website for click and collect, or from Uber Eats for delivery.
