The twins live around the corner from each other and had never renovated before they entered the competition.
Rhi has an interior design qualification and is a part time cake maker who was also previously a barista at Acreage.
"We've painted but that's as far as its gone," Rhi said.

Kimmy is a probation and parole officer who bought the rundown house in Summerhill that is expected to feature on House Rules.
"We know each other and how to work so well that it will work in our favour," she said.
