A COVID-19 Customer Support Program has also been set up to specifically help small businesses and residential customers with their needs through the spread and the recovery from the virus.

It comes on the back of the Social and Economic Support Package announced by the state government on Thursday, including a price increase freeze for 12 months on energy bills and a 100 per cent waiver on small business customers' next bill after 1 April 2020.
