Prime Minister Scott Morrison announced new restrictions which limit the amount of time a hairdresser can spend with clients to 30 minutes.

The measure was apart of increased restrictions to help stop the spread of coronavirus, which included the closing of beauticians.
Bianca at Design Inn owner Bianca Hannah said the limit would make it impossible to operate her business.
"Most of my clients are massive colour jobs and there is no way that you can cut them down to a 30-minute restriction," she said.
"It will mean that I won't really have an income."
She said it was confusing that hairdressers were allowed to open but beauticians weren't.
"We are still as close to what a beautician is and their appointments are generally 15-minute appointments whereas ours are generally quite a bit longer," Ms Hannah said.

Hair and Beauty Tasmania chief executive Robert Mallett said the restrictions were a small lifeline for some hairdressers but others, like Ms Hannah, it would mean they would struggle to operate.
"Many businesses have built their model on providing quality colour work in Tasmania, so some of those businesses have already decided ... to close their business temporarily," he said.
"There will be other businesses who do a significant amount of haircuts and would like to encourage their customers to continue to do business with them and to maintain a relationship with their salon."
He hopes further government assistance will be available in Tasmania's next stimulus package.
In the meantime, Ms Hannah said the best way people can support her and others like her is to purchase products and vouchers and not touch their hair with supermarket colour.
