Tasmanian Sports Minister Jane Howlett is in self-isolation after returning from Queensland for the national meeting of sports ministers.

Ms Howlett said she travelled with her chief of staff, who was contacted by Queensland Health about a potential coronavirus risk.
"[The potential exposure was] from a passenger seated close to him on a flight between Brisbane and Townsville on Thursday, 12 March," she said.
"He has been instructed to self-isolate until midnight on Thursday, 26 March - the mandatory 14-day self-isolation period.
"While I have not been contacted by Queensland Health to advise of my own potential exposure, I was also seated in close proximity on the flight and have therefore taken the prudent step to also self-isolate."
She said neither she nor her chief of staff had any symptoms of the coronavirus.
Due to the self-isolation, she will not be attending parliament.
"I'd also like to note that there is currently no concern with other members of cabinet needing to self-isolate, as we have been practising appropriate social-distancing," she said.
