The job expo was planned for March 20 but the Meander Valley Council announced its postponement last week.
It was a job expo aimed at empowering people to seek employment in Northern Tasmania and was planning to host expos spreading the same message around the region.
IN OTHER NEWS:
The even was to be held from 10am to 12pm at the council offices on Friday.
Several speakers were scheduled to discuss job search methods, application skills, resume and cover-letter writing, interview techniques and other topics.
With further restrictions being put in place and an uncertain timeline of when the restrictions will be lifted, a new date for the expo has not been decided on yet.
