Mr Cameron said in the last week business had dropped by 50 per cent at his two venues.
"I think all the restaurateurs in the city are feeling the same as I am - we're really hanging out to dry," he said.

With the relatively low number of confirmed cases in Tasmania quarantined, Mr Cameron implored the public support local eateries where they can.
"I don't see any reason for fear, we in Tasmania don't have a virus that is in the community, there are cases in hospital, end of story," he said.
Mr Cameron said his businesses are doing everything by the book where patron health is concerned.
"We have enough room in this particular venue [Mudbar] to allow spaces in-between people ... we're able to practise social distancing here," he said.
Between his two businesses, Mr Cameron employs 22 permanent and 22 casual workers.
"Our casual staff members are going to suffer, we're desperately going to look after the fantastic employees we have," he said.
"We're going to talk them through what might be an ugly and mostly unacceptable process for them, they're highly skilled young hospitality workers and some may lose their job in the coming weeks."
