Saturday, March 21 is the day to turn back time and rock out with your favourite tribute bands at A Day on the Tamar.

The Exeter Pub lawns will be transformed into a musical mecca for this one day festival.

Brought to you by the organisers of A Day at the Creek, Doug Westbrook said he was thrilled to bring the event to the Tamar Region.

"This is going to be something special and I am delighted to be working with the Exeter Pub and community to bring this event to the Tamar," he said.

"We are bringing you the best tribute acts from across Australia plus some local entertainment for what should be a fantastic line-up."

The Eagles Story will also take to the stage and help you turn back to a time and place when life was just a little less complicated and just maybe a whole lot more fun!

Mr Westbrook said the event was all about reliving your youth, coming along to hear the classics and having fun.
