The prized new Tornadoes signing was feeling euphoric after the UC Capitals took out the grand final series 2-0 over the Southside Flyers - known previously as the Dandenong Rangers - on Saturday night in front of 4481 home fans.
"We've had a couple of days or nights of celebrating and today is our recovery day," Froling said on Monday.
The Capitals won two tight games, taking out the first on the road 82-80 following an eight-point turnaround in the final term, before an 11-point run in the third quarter set up the 71-68 victory.
The next plan is to gather her Torns teammates around on what worked for the Caps.
That could be postponed until the end of the month after delaying next week's arrival, with the Olympic 3x3 duties taking precedence.
"Anytime that you play in any championship-winning team you learn a lot. So we're lucky at Caps to have great leaders and I hope to bring that to the Torns," she said.
"I want to try and be a bit of a leader there now that I have played in a couple of championship wins. I want to use that experience and take us all the way."

Froling said to take out the WNBL championship was "awesome", but to go back-to-back was "extra special".
The 24-year-old had not tired from another title reign.
"I think last year we probably expected to win, but this time we had a lot of things not go our way," Froling said.
"We had a few injuries and had people who could not play with visa issues too."
An impact was Froling breaking her nose and cheekbones in a nasty collision.
It made the forward more determined to come back.
"I knew that it wasn't my leg broken - it was just my face. You don't really need that in basketball," she said.
