A minor flood warning remains in place for the North and South Esk rivers, and all areas in the North-East and East Coast.
From midnight to 11am, Gray had recorded the highest rainfall total with 110 millimetres. This is expected to climb throughout the afternoon before easing in the early evening.

The heaviest rainfall is being recorded east of Ben Lomond.
The severe weather warning for heavy rainfall remains in place across Tasmania.
